Decimal Bingo Card Maker


School teachers are always searching for interesting activities which can be used as a means of practising decimal problems. An option that many teachers are today trying in their classes is to introduce a version of the game of bingo. The game mechanics of decimal bingo are almost exactly like normal bingo but with one key modification: the bingo cards are printed with numbers which are the solutions to the teacher's chosen decimal questions rather than the ordinary bingo numbers. Each student is given one of these cards, the teacher takes the role of the bingo caller, but of course calls out decimal problems instead of the numbers on the cards, and thus you proceed with the game. Winners are determined using the standard rules for bingo, but crossed off numbers only count if they have been crossed off as a result of correctly answering a decimal problem.

The key requirement you will need to play a game of decimal bingo is to obtain a set of bingo cards containing the numbers which are the solutions to the teacher's decimal problems.
